Before You Begin 💜
This is not a short “intro” video. Our live session naturally expanded into almost 2 hours of teaching, discussion and experience, so I really want you to give yourself the space to go through it properly.
Your access to this session is available for 24 hours from the time you sign up. Please make sure you: keep around 2 hours aside sit somewhere quiet and comfortable keep a notebook and pen with you and avoid rushing through the session just to finish it.
There is a lot here to receive, reflect on and experience. Watch it when you genuinely have the time to be present with it. ✨
